Customer Portal now operational

XTech Gear is pleased to announce that our Customer Portal system has been completed and implemented. This system will allow you to keep tabs on the status of your items that have been sent in for repair, testing, or other trouble ticket items.

The Customer Portal allows you to read comments, view open and previous tickets, check status of tickets, and also to create entirely new tickets and add your own comments. This facilitates a new level of communication between XTech Gear and our customers, and we are pleased to be able to offer it.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it , complete the repair request form, and ship the items to our location. Upon receipt, a tracking ticket is created and emailed to you to indicate that the equipment has been recieved, and as the repair progresses you will be notified of the status and progress being made.
