The Tellabs Titan 5500 Digital Cross Connect is a digital communications switch that is nearly unrivaled.  Providing STS, OC-3, OC-12, OC-48, DS3, DS-1 and VT interconnection, the 5500 is capable of handling almost any communication need.  The system has been designed from the ground up to provide scalability, reliability and maximum redundancy, ensuring that there is never major service outage.  And with the capability of remote access, configuration and software upgrades, the 5500 also relieves engineers and administrators of some level of stress in systems administration.
